Dr. Books sees patients primarily Monday through Thursday. Friday and Saturday appointments are occasionally available. Dr. Books also sees patients in California. Additionally, she speaks and teaches around the country. Her grandchildren pulled her to Austin and luckily, spending time with them recharges her batteries.
Weeklong Intensives are scheduled Monday – Friday or Wednesday – Sunday.

If you are a new client, please print out the Client Forms. Please fill them out and bring them along to your first appointment.
Out of town clients: If you are flying or driving in for Neuro Boot Camp, in addition to filling out the forms, please send us a short video of the client via the internet or mail; and fax the completed paperwork to 866-490-9269. Dr. Books may suggest extra testing be done before you arrive.

We try to keep the financial arrangements simple, straightforward, and fair to all.
We offer the following options:
l) Pay at the time of your visit (amount varies according to time involved and complexity of services)
2) Prepay for BNT treatment packages. Cash discounts are available on some of these plans.
3) Care Credit.
Many of our patients who qualify for Books Neural Therapy or Freedom Fast Track choose to pay via Care Credit (you can apply online at www.carecredit.com). With this option, if you pay the total amount in 12 monthly installments, you pay no interest. If you choose to pay over a longer period of time, there is small interest rate applied.
4) If you want to file insurance, we ask that you pay us directly. We then give you a “superbill” which you turn in to your insurance carrier; and the insurance company reimburses you directly.
