This color chart contains how nutritious food is sorted by colors.  When you eat from all colors you gain more nutrition.

Red: Very heart healthy. Gives strength and support to our joints!

Fruits

Red apples, cranberries, cherries, red grapes, pomegranates, persimmons, raspberries, strawberries, watermelon, pink or red grapefruit, rhubarb, blood oranges

Vegetables

Tomatoes, radishes, radicchio, red peppers, red onions, beets, red cabbage, red beans, kidney beans, red chard, red lettuce

Orange: Great source of Vitamin C. Helps keep our eyes healthy!
